Refund Policy – Dazzle Sportswear

At Dazzle Sportswear, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Return request have to be raised within 6 days of delivery.
  • Return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
  • To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with the product tag and safe, undamaged packaging. In all other cases, Dazzle Sportswear reserves the right to deny a refund.
  • If your order has been successfully placed but not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • In case of damaged item that might have been delivered, the customer has to raise return request by submitting proof of the damage.
  • You have to submit the order invoice to the pickup person for proof of purchase.
  • Products which mentioned “Not eligible for Return/Exchange” in the product page are not eligible for return or exchange or replacement.
  • Refunds cannot be initiated in purchases made using Store Credit, giftcards, loyalty points as payment mode.
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from Return Amount.
  • An item which has been delivered as part of an exchange request cannot be returned.
  • If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD). The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank/UPI details entered during the return request.

  • Refund Process

    • Refund will be initiated once the returned item reaches our warehouse & we have done a quality check. The refund once initiated will take 3-4 business days to reflect on the customer’s bank account.
