• You can initiate an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Please make sure that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• After we receive your returned item, we’ll begin processing your exchange within 5-15 business days. Please note that the actual processing time may vary based on factors like transit duration and stock availability.
• There is no additional shipping charge for any exchange orders.
• For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a credit voucher.
• Size exchange is subject to availability.
• Don’t accept if the package is tampered.
• Don’t hand over product without pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
• Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product / missing item received.
